Our mission:
To see North Alabama set ablaze with the fire of God.
At The Life Church of Madison, we believe in thinking big, speaking bold, and living a life of purpose. We are raising up children, youth, and adults with the power of the Holy Spirit to reach this generation.
These core values shape the culture of The Life Church of Madison.

We believe everyone can walk in close relationship with God through the power of the Holy Spirit. From Sunday worship to personal prayer, we’re building a culture that helps people know Him deeply and intimately.
We are a healing church. Jesus came to set the captives free—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Through community, the Word, and the presence of God, we see lives transformed and chains broken.
At TLC, we teach every believer to think, speak, and live BIG. You were created with a calling to impact your family, your city, and the world. We equip all ages with boldness and power to reach this generation.
We’re on mission to see North Alabama ablaze with revival. Whether it’s serving, praying, or leading, every person has a role in building the Kingdom and advancing the Gospel with signs, wonders, and fire.
Our staff is committed to leading from a place of health, integrity, & authenticity to point people to Jesus. Scroll to check out the team!
What we believe to be true about God, the Bible, & more
We believe there is one sovereign God, eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things. (Genesis 1:1, Matthew 3:16-17, John 1:1-2, Acts 2:32-33)
We believe Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, was born of a virgin, lived a perfect life, rose from the grave and now intercedes for us in Heaven. (Colossians 15:3-8, 2 Corinthians 5:21)
We believe in the Holy Spirit convicts the world in regard to sin, comforts believers, indwells and equips them for personal growth and service to Jesus Christ. (John 16:8; Acts 2:38; Ephesians 1:13-14)
We believe the Holy Scriptures are God’s direct words to man, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
People matter to God. Though man was made in God’s image, he has become separated from God due to his sin. Without redemption from sin, man’s end is spiritual and eternal death. God’s love for man is so deep, he initiated action to cover man’s sin and make a way for people to be reconciled to Him. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 3:23, 6:23; Acts 4:12)
We believe in salvation is available only by the grace of God through the blood of Jesus Christ. This free gift of salvation is offered to all who receive Christ as Lord and Savior, and assures them of eternal life in Heaven (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9; Colossians 2:6; Acts 2:38)
We believe death seals the eternal destiny of each person. When Christ returns, he will pronounce the eternal fate of each individual-the saved to eternal life in heaven, the unsaved to eternal separation from God in hell. (Acts 1:10-11, John 5:28-29; 2 Corinthians 4:14)
We believe the mission of the Church is to go to all the world and make disciples of all nations. The church is to prepare each believer for real life in Christ. God’s great desire is to change the world through unified groups of Christians who are filled with devotion and love.
We believe in the power of prayer, both individually and corporately, as an expression of faith in God's work in our lives. Prayer is an essential part of a Christian life and is used to talk to God and to communicate with Him. We pray for guidance, strength, healing, protection, and for our families, friends, and community. Through prayer, we seek to deepen our understanding of God's will and His plans for our lives. Praying helps us grow closer to God and to gain a better understanding of His will and how we can best serve Him. When we pray, we open ourselves up to God and He will answer us in His own way and in His own time. Prayer is a beautiful and powerful way to communicate with our Heavenly Father and to seek His love and guidance.
